Starting with the planned meal box distribution in December 2024 (the Holiday Edition of the Harvest Hub Meal Box) and throughout 2025, the Harvest Hub Meal Box program is shifting to provide FREE meal boxes to anyone in need, regardless of benefit eligibility, thanks to Healthy Together and our partners at AHEC West with funds from the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission!

Meal boxes will be available for order on GoGarrettCountyPlus.com as they become available.

Original Garrett County Harvest Hub Food Boxes

In 2024, local farms teamed up with the Garrett County Health Department and Chef Rob Scardina from Southern High School to provide locally grown produce & raised meats to create delicious meal boxes that serve up to four with instructions on preparing the food, a video link, and a recipe card.

Boxes could be purchased with a SNAP/EBT card for $5.00, or anyone could buy a meal box for $30.00.

You could also share the harvest with someone by donating a box for $30.00!
